Injury Diagnosis
(Phase 1)
Minutes
The initial phase of recovery starts with finding out what exactly is wrong with the body, our Injury Diagnosis assessments work to identify the cause of an injury or condition. This is achieved by completing a range of testing to investigate the root cause of your pain, immobility or stress within joints, muscles or nerves.
Testing is usually completed in clinic but we can also utilise the gym space and equipment to replicate the possible cause of the injury in advanced controlled testing conditions.
Once assessed the results will point the therapist to advise the best path of treatment for you, whether that is clinic, gym or aquatic rehabilitation in the second phase of your rehabilitation journey.
On rare occasions our assessments result in the need for us to refer you to your GP or other specialists for further investigation or treatment options.
